What does your company do?

We provide IT services and software development systems for the federal government and the Department of Defense community. We provide full IT services, including everything from systems integration to systems and software engineering, systems analysis, software development, test engineering, network engineering and training support. It’s the full software life cycle support.

What do you think your employees would say were the best reasons for working at your company?

Since the inception of the company our focus has been on connecting people with solutions. We align our technical solutions with our client’s vision, their mission and program goals. Because of that I think our employees are able to be very creative in their individual program solutions.

Who owns your company?

It’s a privately held, employee-owned company.

What sense of stability can your company offer job candidates?

We are a federal contractor and our senior management team has been part of other startup businesses so I think we have the senior knowledge to grow the company, and I think that enables us, very early on, to attract strong technical talent.

What are the demographics of your company?

Companywide, we’re 45 percent female and 40 percent minority. On the five-person senior management team, there are two females and one minority.

What positions do you have available and what level of expertise do you want?

We’re looking for Java/J2EE software developers, Oracle database developers, network engineers, systems integrators, configuration managers, systems architects, Web developers, instructional designers, training support specialists, test engineers, deployment specialists, requirements specialists, systems administrators, close support, and Lotus Notes developers. All positions require an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance and five to seven years of experience.
