TRAINING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Provide training documentation, user training and application testing. This project has high visibility with a customer base that has limited technical ability. Must work patiently with the customer to ensure their full understanding of the operating capability of the system. Develop and coordinate training plans, prepare all instructor materials, including course outlines, background materials, and training aids. Prepare all student materials, including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, course critiques. Additionally, their responsibilities will include design, development and execution of test plans as well as implementing test cases. Must be able to quickly familiarize themselves with the project requirements, report on the testability of the requirements and determine the testing level of effort for a wide variety of projects simultaneously.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Software testing experience, excellent communications skills, strong organizational skills, proactive and skilled problem solver, and time management skills.
