Tony

Tony is the Senior Program Manager and Requirements Analyst at Knowledge Link.  He has over 25 years experience working within the Intelligence Community.

Tony has a proven track record assessing requirements, developing and implementing continuity strategies and providing project management for government entities. He is an expert Iterative and system lifecycle requirements analyst with a strong understanding of the Iterative development processes and how they relate to the testing and training processes.

Tony is an attentive communicator with proven ability to identify customer needs and ensure project satisfaction.  He is responsible for leading the requirements process and for translating clients’ business needs to the development team and providing functional expertise to the developers on the solution.

As the enterprise software development Program Manager at Knowledge Link, Tony works hand-in-hand with Client Relationship and Project Managers to insure that schedules and goals are met and clients are satisfied.  He is responsible for the management of the Enterprise Requirements, Test and Training teams.
