Chris

Chris is Knowledge Link’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO).  He has 25 years experience in the development and delivery of mission critical systems for scientific and technical users in client organizations (the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and civilian agencies of the federal government, as well as commercial and global defense customers). 

Chris provides technical leadership with a thorough knowledge of security policies, geospatial technologies, imagery processing and delivery; databases; and the application of web-based technologies.  Chris is recognized for his expertise in systems architecture and engineering, requirements development, and leadership in enterprise programs.     

Chris was one of the principals in the development and delivery of a series of massively parallel Data Super Computers (DSC). These DSCs were delivered into both operational and development environments. He was responsible for the identification of system and facility specifications for the DSCs; for the coordination of the DSC integration with other elements of the system; and for the identification of system security requirements.
