Alice

Alice is the Senior Training Specialist at Knowledge Link. Here, she develops training related to the Iterative Development Methodology, delivers training to clients, and markets Knowledge Link’s training programs to clients and prospective clients in the intelligence community.  

For the past 10 years, Alice has worked as a solutions-oriented consultant for diverse private and government clients. Her experience ranges from business process reengineering, training, emergency management, critical infrastructure protection, preparedness, to healthcare consulting and training.  For example:

As a Senior Training Specialist, Alice works hand-in-hand with the Program Manager of the Knowledge Link Rapid Training Development Team to insure that schedules and goals are met and clients are satisfied. 

As a consultant for large government contracting/consulting firms, before joining Knowledge Link, Alice often provided training solutions to clients. In many cases, she created training materials and managed the training of client personnel about new tools and/or re-engineered business processes.

Over her career, Alice has worked with clients in the Intelligence Community, the U.S. Treasury, the IRS, the Veterans Administration, and the private sector.
