How We Work

Knowledge Link practices matrix management.  We have Client Representatives who do business development and manage relationships with clients.  Program Managers are responsible for specific competencies within the company.  In the context of a specific project, teams report to a Project Manager who reports to both a Client Representative and one or more Program Managers.

Development Methods

Given the demanding and rapidly changing requirements of the Intelligence Community, Knowledge Link has pioneered the use of Agile/Iterative development methods.  These methods help Knowledge Link and its clients adapt quickly to changing realities. When the needs of a project change, an Agile development team changes as well.

Delivering a quality, well-designed system to the end users remains a challenge for most businesses.  Knowledge Link is recognized for rapid product delivery from design to deployment.

Knowledge Link also uses traditional methods in appropriate situations, where the future can be predicted and planned with reasonable certainty.
